Terms and Conditions of Sale

By checking out on our site you accept the following terms and conditions which once agreed form a binding contract;

1. Office Location and Opening Hours
We are trading name of a US-registered and based company.

2. Confirmation of Order
You understand that if you only use your cellphone number at checkout that you will only receive confirmation and shipping notifications through this channel. It is down to you as the customer to provide us with an email address for you to receive these notifications. (See FAQ’s for more information)

3. Shipping Times
You understand that all orders are despatched as soon as possible, this is generally between 2-3 business days, however in peak times can take up to 7 business days. The general rule of thumb for delivery times around the world, depending on country, is 5-12 business days after shipping notification has been sent to you, however we are unable to promise this, and therefore advise that orders could take up to 30 business days to arrive.

4. Shipping Location
You understand our orders are currently fulfilled by our warehouse in China.

5. Shipping Delays
You understand that we are unable to control external factors that may see your shipping delayed. See 'Items Lost in Transit’.

6. Changes
You understand the above shipping times, and therefore if you do not contact us prior to your order shipping from the warehouse, we are unable to change any information on the order.

7. Checkout
You understand all transactions are final, and once you have checked out we are unable to add any discounts, or amend the price. You further understand that all payments are made in USD, and therefore we are not liable for any charges your bank or credit card may charge for currency exchange fees.

8. Cancellations
Under general law you have up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel your order. If you contact us within this timeframe, you will be entitled to a refund. If your order has left the warehouse, you will be required to await the delivery of the product first and then request a return form.

Refunds must be agreed by the company prior to sending the goods back, as you must include a RMA form in your package.

The cost to return the goods to our central warehouse located in China are down to the customer to pay, in line with the above regulations. Once the items are received at the warehouse, your refund will be processed.

9. Returns and Refunds
Under general law you have up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel your order. If you contact us within this timeframe, you will be entitled to a refund. If your order has left the warehouse, you will be required to await the delivery of the product first and then request a return form.

10. Replacements - Defective/Damaged Products
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify SnoSkin within 72 hours of delivery of goods that there is a defection or damage to your product. This is checked upon processing any replacement request.

11. ChargeBacks
You agree not to initiate any chargebacks against the company. This is in line with the above section ‘Checkout’ where all transactions are final. If you initiate a chargeback, we will submit evidence of these terms and conditions and your acceptance by checking out to the bank and seek a reversal of the chargeback. We reserve the right to seek any lost monies through legal action should your chargeback cause extra work for staff or cost to the company.

12. Discounts
SnoSkin will every now and then give out discount codes, however you understand that we reserve the right to discontinue any code we see fit without prior warning.

13. Import Charges
You agree that you, as the customer, are solely responsible for all import charges that may be incurred from purchasing our products.

14. Tracking
While we do our best to give you 100% coverage of your tracking, sometimes due to reasons out of our control the tracking site will fail and sometimes show your order as not existing or tracking unavailable. Please be assured that your shipment is on the way, however if you don't receive it within 30 business days from your shipping notification, contact us for a refund or replacement.

15. Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with the shipping times above. We are unable to control external factors such as customs inspections or postal delays. If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days from the date of shipping notification, please contact us.

16. Lost or Stolen Packages
You agree that SnoSkin take no liability for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your order has been lost or stolen, you agree to contact SnoSkin within a reasonable timeframe to make us aware, where we will confirm the delivery address provided, date and time of delivery and tracking information as well as shipping carrier for the customer to investigate.

17. Missing Items
You understand if you have ordered more than 1 product that these may be shipped separately, and that the section ‘Items Lost in Transit’ refers to these separate packages too and therefore could take up to 30 business days to arrive.

18. Different look from adverts
SnoSkin uses images available from the manufacturer for advertisements, or prototypes in videos and pictures and therefore the item you receive may look slightly different than what you see. Rest assured, your product will act exactly as we have said.

19. Use of Product(s)
By proceeding to checkout that you understand the following recommendations and guidelines.

  • Restricted Age
    The company does not recommend the use of its products by those under the age of 3 years old in case of any choking hazard.

20. Liabilities
You understand that by proceeding to checkout that the following liabilities are not held by the company and fall to the customer.

  • Product Liability
    The customer forfeits the right to sue, or hold accountable the company for product liability - e.g defective, cause of death or injury to you or a third party through use of the product. By purchasing the product, and checking out, you are stating that your are aware how to use the products responsibly and safely.

  • Damages Liability
    The customer forfeits the right to sue, or hold accountable the company for damages liability - e.g damage to a household object by use of the product. Proper use of the product will not cause damage, and therefore any occurrence of damage is down to the customer for misuse of the product, negating any liability on the company.

  • Injury Liability
    The customer forfeits the right to sue, or hold accountable the company for injury liability - e.g personal injury or death to yourself or a third-party by use of the product. Proper use of the product will not cause injury or death, and therefore any occurrence of injury or death is down to the customer for misuse of the product, negating any liability on the company.

21. Abuse or threats towards the company and or its’ staff
You understand that SnoSkin and its' management will not tolerate any threatening or abusive behaviour towards the company and or the staff. If you are found to be doing so, we reserve the right to take legal action against you for any emotional suffering to our staff.

 

 



22. Posting, or sharing Defamatory or Libellous, or Shaming Comments

You agree to not post or share any defamatory or libellous comments or stories about the company on any platform, anywhere on the internet, including anything that may give the company a bad name in another persons view. You understand if you are found to be doing so that we reserve the right to take legal action to force you to stop and recover any reasonable loss the company may sustain from anybody seeing your comments.

23. Complaints
You agree that if you have a complaint you will email our customer service team who will do their utmost to assist and resolve the complaint for you. You will not post or share complaints online. 24. Updates to these Terms and Conditions
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice as they see fit.
