COVID-19 Shipping Updates
While we are not experiencing great delays anymore, as some countries and areas are still slow to re-open borders etc, we ask that you allow up to 30 business days for delivery.
We are a US registered company.
When you use the discount code, you should enter your code in the discount code text box, which is located at the right side of the checkout page.
If you are placing the order on your mobile phone, the discount box is in the order summary.
Discount codes will not apply to some discounted items, collaboration items and other products. Discount codes also have expiration dates and are subject to change at any time.
A tracking link is also supplied in your shipping confirmation email. It will allow you to track your delivery via the couriers website.
The courier may contact you by email or phone regarding your delivery. This will depend on whether you supplied a mobile phone number at checkout.
If your tracking isn't working for any reason, please contact us.
Shipping takes 7-20 days depending on location.
Please also allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, there is a small amount of time where we may be able to edit your order.
There is a very small amount of time after an order has been placed, when we might be able to change your shipping address, but this isn't guaranteed.
If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel or change your order.
If you want to change your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason, we will try and amend it for you.
We ship to most countries around the world although we may not be able to ship to a select few due to logistical reasons.
Please note these are only estimates, orders may arrive before or after the expected time frame. Orders may take longer due to a delay with the courier service or a customs hold. If you have not received your order after the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can look into your order.

These times do not include any customs waiting times.
In accordance to our shipping policy, if your order is not received within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.
International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by SnoSkin, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.
As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

We are pleased to accommodate returns within 30 days on all products that have not been used and in the same original packaging that you received it. A photo or video of the product will be requested before the returns process starts.
It is likely that if you order more than one product, you will receive them separately due to our company working from multiple warehouses.
If you only receive one package, please allow at least 2 weeks for the next package to arrive before contacting us. The item may not have been shipped out immediately which may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The item being on back order
- A delay with the delivery company
- Location of the warehouse that the product was sent from
- Customs delays
If you have not received your other item(s) after the two weeks, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
We always package items as securely as possible.
Please report damaged items to our customer team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please specify the item affected and the damage that has occurred.Attach images of the damaged item as this will help our customer team resolve this for you without delay.
Please do not get rid of any item or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further.
Your order confirmation email may have gone to your spam/junk mail inbox, which is why you haven’t received it.
To ensure you receive any important emails from us, you can add our email to your contact list.
Or you may have only entered your phone number at checkout, in which case, you should have received a text confirming your order and providing shipping updates. If you would like your email account adding to your order please contact us email@example.com.
To order using your own currency click the tab at the bottom of the page. If your currency is not available it will be automatically converted by your bank.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit and Credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen issues.
Your funds will be returned to the original payment method you used at checkout (Credit card, Amazon etc). Depending on your bank, that may take 3 to 5 business days (this is up to the card's bank and out of our control).

All prices on our website are in the currency that you have chosen. If you would like to change currency click the currency converter at the bottom of the page. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
